LocalParts™ is a geographical parts demand infrastructure. The system reconciles Dealer Management System (DMS) inventory into a master parts catalog to resolve the "Invisible Inventory Gap." This is not a marketplace; inventory remains at the dealership and demand is routed directly to the dealer CRM.

The 5% Demand Capture Fee replaces traditional variable advertising spend. By activating, the dealer acknowledges that LocalParts™ will log and attribute regional demand events routed to the dealership.
